Senior Account Manager – Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Marketing

TurnKey Marketing is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategy and execution for one of our agency’s flagship pharmaceutical accounts. This role requires a balance of client-facing leadership and hands-on digital fluency across paid media with proven ability to translate complex performance data into actionable client insights.
The Senior Account Manager will be the strategic day-to-day client lead, ensuring that campaigns are FDA-compliant, results-driven, and fully integrated across HCP and DTC audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day client lead for a major pharma account, building trusted partnerships.
- Develop and communicate integrated digital strategies (search, display, social, SEO, analytics).
- Guide campaign planning, measurement, and optimization—tying media to business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, MLR, and platform-specific policies across HCP and DTC work.
- Manage budgets, scopes, and timelines with proactive risk management.
- Partner with vendors, platform reps, and internal media specialists to deliver innovative solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to client leadership with confidence.
- Mentor junior team members and foster cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in client-facing marketing roles, with 3+ years in pharma, medical device, or healthcare.
- Agency experience managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of FDA/MLR compliance requirements for HCP and DTC.
- Hands-on or strategic exposure to paid search and display/programmatic (social depth also valued).
- Ability to interpret reporting and translate metrics into business outcomes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and client presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
