Job description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers and software engineers to design and develop effective and visually engaging digital products and features for Turna.com users. You will take ownership of the end-to-end design process— from strategy to launch—creating both mobile app and web experiences that solve real customer problems.

Key responsibilities

● Work across the full product life cycle, from establishing the value proposition to creating and validating initial concepts, to delivering final designs (analysis, ideation, design, implementation, user testing).

● Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

● Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.

● Analyze existing product experiences for usability issues and contribute actionable solutions to improve them.

● Ensure a consistent UI and seamless user experience across all platforms — web, mobile web, and mobile apps.

● Define and maintain design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across products.

● Facilitate evidence-based product and design decisions.

● Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

● Min. 5 years of experience in working as a UI/UX Designer for mobile and web-based products.

● Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in design prototype/handoff/feedback tools such as Figma.

● Advanced skills in building and maintaining design systems.

● Deep understanding of user-centric design methodologies.

● Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand problems, user flows, prototype, interactions and cooperate with developers during the implementation of your design.

● Excellent presentation and communication skills.

● Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.
