Join Our Team: Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a senior marketing manager to take the lead in driving our multi-channel marketing efforts, with a focus on SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads (LSA), and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. This role requires deep expertise in digital marketing and the legal field, along with a strategic mindset to generate high-quality signed cases for law firms.

The senior marketing manager will lead a team of doers, ensuring that our marketing strategies are not only well-planned but also executed effectively to maximize conversions and drive measurable growth.

Location:

This position is remote or hybrid in the Philadelphia area, depending on candidate preference.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Manage and optimize SEO, PPC, LSA, and Meta advertising campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI
• Continuously analyze marketing performance, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns for efficiency
• Ensure brand consistency, audience engagement, and data-driven decision-making across all marketing efforts

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of senior marketing experience, preferably in lead generation or legal marketing

• Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads (LSA), and Meta ads

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• A data-driven mindset, with a passion for analyzing performance metrics and making strategic adjustments

• A strategic and creative approach to marketing, ensuring all efforts align with business objectives

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn an additional 20% in annual pay based on a structured bonus plan. Employees receive three weeks of PTO and health and dental insurance.
