Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and lead end-to-end demand generation strategies aligned with our client's Treasury Services' growth goals. Define target audiences, buyer personas, and go-to-market plans across multiple channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, executive leadership, and marketing to align on goals, ensure campaign integration, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Design and execute high-performing marketing campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads. Set and monitor KPIs in collaboration with sales teams to achieve new business targets.
- Content Strategy & Development: Create compelling content strategies that support the full buyer’s journey—from awareness to conversion. Lead the development of high-value assets including whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and more.
- Digital Marketing & Advertising: Launch and optimize digital campaigns across email, paid search, social media, and display advertising to generate cost-effective leads and conversions.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Drive ABM initiatives targeting key accounts and high-value prospects. Collaborate with sales to develop personalized campaigns that increase engagement and pipeline velocity.
- Analytics & Optimization: Set performance metrics, track results, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Workfront – for campaign planning and project management.
- Demand Generation Campaign Development – hands-on experience creating and executing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in demand generation within the financial services industry preferred.
- Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and emerging trends in financial services demand generation.
- Creative thinker passionate about innovation in demand generation strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in Power BI for analytics and reporting.
- Prior experience in Financial Services or related regulated industries.
