We’re looking for a dynamic communicator and marketer to help grow partner engagement and drive audience acquisition for key ServiceNow partner events. In this contract role, you’ll design and execute integrated campaigns that attract, engage, and inspire our partner community — while ensuring consistent, data-driven communication across multiple channels.
Develop and implement multi-channel communication and audience acquisition strategies to drive registration, engagement, and follow-up for ServiceNow partner events.
Craft and optimize messaging, content, and creative copy for emails, newsletters, landing pages, event collateral, and social media.
Help own and maintain internal communication channels such as newsletters, Teams posts, and SharePoint pages to ensure alignment and visibility across the organization.
Build and manage communication plans with clear goals, audience segmentation, and measurable KPIs.
Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights (open rates, CTRs, conversion, engagement).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify event visibility and audience reach.
Stay informed on best practices in digital marketing, campaign optimization, and audience engagement.
Skills
To qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have: Experience: 5–7+ years in marketing, communications, or audience acquisition roles, ideally with experience in event marketing or campaign management.
Strong writer and storyteller: Ability to develop clear, compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
Strategic and data-driven: Skilled at planning campaigns end-to-end, setting measurable goals, and using analytics to refine performance.
Collaborative communicator: Able to work cross-functionally and manage input from multiple stakeholders.
Organized and proactive: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Marketo or equivalent), analytics tools, and content development platforms (Microsoft Suite, Canva, LinkedIn, etc.)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
