The Role

Reporting to the President, this role provides global marketing leadership across Canada, the U.S., the U.K., and India. The Brand and Growth Marketing Leader will serve as the strategic architect and creative driver of Tundra’s bold global brand strategy. This is not a traditional staffing marketing role - it’s a dynamic leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge storytelling, data, and technology.

You’ll build and lead a small, high-performing team responsible for amplifying Tundra’s voice across digital platforms, empowering sales teams with world-class collateral, and positioning Tundra and TMS as leaders in the global talent and technology marketplace.

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for B2B and B2C audiences that strengthens awareness and differentiation for both Tundra Technical Solutions and Tundra Managed Solutions.
  • Shape and protect brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistent voice, visuals, and positioning globally.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers and top technical talent.

Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Lead digital brand growth through innovative use of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, leveraging analytics to optimize engagement and conversion with bold content thinking.
  • Design paid and organic social strategies that elevate visibility of leadership, partnerships, and customer success stories.
  • Oversee and manage content pipelines with an omnichannel approach, using blogs, email marketing, video, and social media showcasing innovation and thought leadership across engineering, digital, and AI domains.

Sales Enablement & Content Development

  • Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to produce case studies, whitepapers, and presentations that articulate client value and proof of performance.
  • Build scalable content frameworks and digital asset libraries to support RFPs, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with leadership on client-facing and investor-facing messaging that reinforces commercial credibility.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Drive creative campaigns that break away from traditional staffing industry marketing norms.
  • Position Tundra and TMS as thought leaders in emerging areas—AI workforce strategy, digital transformation, and direct sourcing innovation.
  • Introduce data-driven marketing practices and automation tools to continuously improve reach, performance, and ROI.
  • Own and maintain internal and externally facing products/applications, including brand websites, portals, and CRM platforms

Who You Are

  • You have 7-10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in professional services, technology, SaaS, or high-growth B2B environments.
  • You have proven success managing multi-brand portfolios and global campaigns.
  • You have a deep understanding of social and digital media ecosystems, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube, with demonstrated audience growth results.
  • You have exceptional storytelling and content creation skills; the ability to distill technical and complex offerings into compelling narratives.
  • You have experience leading global market expansion, nurturing audiences across North America, Europe, and APAC regions.
  • You have strong partnership skills—able to work seamlessly with Sales, Delivery, and Executive teams.
  • You have experience leading creative direction, agency relationships, and digital performance tracking.
  • You have hands-on experience building sales and marketing collateral in fast-paced environments.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA or Master’s an asset).

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $100,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
