The Role
Reporting to the President, this role provides global marketing leadership across Canada, the U.S., the U.K., and India. The Brand and Growth Marketing Leader will serve as the strategic architect and creative driver of Tundra’s bold global brand strategy. This is not a traditional staffing marketing role - it’s a dynamic leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge storytelling, data, and technology.
You’ll build and lead a small, high-performing team responsible for amplifying Tundra’s voice across digital platforms, empowering sales teams with world-class collateral, and positioning Tundra and TMS as leaders in the global talent and technology marketplace.

Who You Are
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $100,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
