Assessment:

Role-based Design Test covering Creativity, eCommerce Design, Visual Communication, Typography, Layout, Product Presentation, and Marketing Design Skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer or Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce, Amazon, product listings, A+ Content, digital advertising, and marketing creatives.
• Experience designing for Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, D2C brands, or other eCommerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color theory, and product presentation.
• Ability to transform product information and marketing objectives into clear, visually engaging designs.
• Strong understanding of how visuals can communicate product features, benefits, specifications, and value propositions.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple eCommerce assets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design standards.
• Ability to work with product photography and create professional image compositions and lifestyle visuals.
• Good understanding of current eCommerce and Amazon design trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store creatives for international brands.
• Design Amazon product listing images, including hero images, feature graphics, infographics, comparison charts, and lifestyle images.
• Transform product information into visually engaging eCommerce content that communicates features and benefits clearly.
• Create product-focused graphics for Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other eCommerce platforms.
• Develop lifestyle compositions and product imagery using Photoshop and other design tools.
• Create visual concepts based on product briefs, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.
• Design banners, promotional graphics, product feature cards, comparison charts, and digital advertising creatives.
• Work closely with 3D artists, copywriters, account managers, and creative teams to develop complete eCommerce content.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, imagery, and visual language across product content.
• Create strong visual hierarchy so customers can quickly understand the product and its benefits.
• Make revisions quickly and efficiently based on client and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on Amazon policies, eCommerce design trends, visual merchandising, and emerging design tools.
• Ensure all final designs meet required dimensions, specifications, and platform guidelines.
