We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst with strong expertise in Paid Media, SEO, Organic Content, Lead Generation, and AI tools to drive both short-term results and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media & SEO

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for traffic and conversions.

Lead Generation & Analytics

  • Create, manage, and optimize lead generation funnels (email campaigns, gated content, webinars).
  • Track and report KPIs (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS) using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation tools.
  • Align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for smoother sales handovers.

Social Media & Brand Awareness

  • Develop and manage campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms to build authority and drive leads.
  • Work closely with creative and design teams to deliver engaging content, short-form videos, and thought-leadership campaigns.

AI & LLM (Large Language Models) Marketing Applications

  • Leverage AI/LLM tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to automate content creation, optimize copy for SEO, and enhance personalization at scale.
  • Experiment with AI-driven customer engagement tools (chatbots, predictive analytics) to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • English (advanced).
  • Proven results in Google Ads and SEO campaigns.
  • Experience with organic content creation and inbound marketing.
  • Solid background in B2B marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related fields.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or SEO.
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
  • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page testing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and advanced analytics dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing workflows (prompt engineering, automated reporting, AI-assisted SEO).
