Job Description
As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager for Tucker’s, you’ll manage the creation of social media strategies, and the planning and execution of successful social media and influencer campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms and be able to report on the effectiveness of these campaigns.
Objectives of this role
- Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives
- Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output
- Align our brand with new and emerging trends
- Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging
- Identify new channels to embed our brand that align our marketing direction
- Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools
- Partner with Key influencers to further reach new audiences
Responsibilities
- Use social media tools to craft and release content to our social channels
- Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers, and acquire new ones
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep Tucker’s social media presence consistently relevant
- Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations
- Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
- Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback

- Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and more...)
- Excellent problem-solving techniques
- Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure
- Clear, confident communication abilities
- Effective time-management skills
- This individual possesses a creative mindset and strong project management skills
- Significant experience leading a brand’s social media initiatives
- Keen understanding of how to craft effective social media strategies
- Strong familiarity with computers, email clients, and project management software
- History of establishing large social media following
- A deep love for pets!
- Ideal candidate will be located preferably near Chicago, but we are open to other major US Cities
