We're looking for a Graphic Designer who brings both creativity and technical precision, someone who’s as comfortable crafting clean, compelling visuals as they are building structured, content in Xyleme and Articulate. You’ll play a key role in translating ideas into learning experiences that are visually striking, learner-centred, and brand-aligned.

What you would be doing
1. Graphic & Layout Design
Design custom graphics, infographics, diagrams, icons, badges, banners, and visual assets for digital learning modules.
Create engaging visual layouts that support storytelling, and user experience.
Apply and adapt brand guidelines across projects to maintain consistency and visual integrity.
Design with accessibility and responsive learning in mind (e.g., colour contrast, mobile readability, alt text support).
Support the development of design systems and visual libraries that scale across projects and clients.
2. Xyleme, Articulate Content Development
Develop, structure, and build interactive learning modules using Xyleme and Articulate.
Customise templates and author reusable content components aligned to TTRO’s modular delivery model.
Optimise layout and visual asset placement within the Xyleme environment, ensuring consistency across outputs (e.g., HTML, PDF, SCORM).
Implement SCORM and xAPI standards to ensure seamless LMS integration.
Work with conditional content structures, inheritance, and metadata tagging to support personalisation and content reuse.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Translate instructional design storyboards into dynamic, visual learning solutions.
Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment across functions.
Participate in internal design reviews, content build discussions, and feedback sessions.
Offer technical input on the feasibility and best visual treatment for learning objectives and client expectations.
4. Quality Assurance & Publishing Support
Conduct internal QA and participate in pre-delivery reviews to ensure visual and functional accuracy.
Troubleshoot design and formatting issues in Xyleme to ensure a polished final output.
Support publishing processes, including asset packaging and LMS testing where needed.
5. Design Process & Documentation
Maintain version control and follow content management protocols within Xyleme.
Contribute to visual standards documentation and best practices guides.
Organise and update internal design libraries and templates for reuse and consistency.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in graphic design for digital or eLearning content
Working experience with Xyleme (or similar modular content platforms)
Working experience with Articulate
Strong command of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, or other similar tools
A solid grasp of layout, accessibility, branding, and content scalability
An eye for clean design, responsive visuals, and UX for learning
Bonus points for experience with SCORM/xAPI, and LMS publishing within LMS/LXp environments
