Job Title: Commercial Marketing Director
Reports to: Chief Marketing & Communication Officer
Location: Flexible in USA, Europe(UK Preferred) or China(Shanghai Preferred). The salary range will also be adjusted according to local standards.
Role Purpose:
Drive TSI’s commercial growth by identifying and nurturing key accounts in partnership with Sales and Business Development (BD), ensuring that marketing strategies directly translate into customer acquisition, retention, and accelerated revenue growth. This role bridges marketing and sales, leveraging both disciplines to deliver account-based strategies and regional go-to-market execution.
