Job Title: Commercial Marketing Director

Reports to: Chief Marketing & Communication Officer

Location: Flexible in USA, Europe(UK Preferred) or China(Shanghai Preferred). The salary range will also be adjusted according to local standards.

Role Purpose:

Drive TSI’s commercial growth by identifying and nurturing key accounts in partnership with Sales and Business Development (BD), ensuring that marketing strategies directly translate into customer acquisition, retention, and accelerated revenue growth. This role bridges marketing and sales, leveraging both disciplines to deliver account-based strategies and regional go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and BD to identify, prioritize, and nurture key strategic accounts, ensuring alignment on where to play and how to win.
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to high-value customers, in partnership with our Marketing Portfolio Solutions team.
  • Coordinate regional go-to-market planning, adapting global messaging to local channels, regulatory requirements, and cultural contexts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer-facing relationships to support co-marketing, joint launches, and innovation workshops.
  • Own regionalization of collateral and sales toolkits that enable Sales and BD to advance opportunities.
  • Collect and share customer/market intelligence to inform product positioning and pipeline prioritization.
  • Measure and report on commercial marketing impact, including account engagement, pipeline acceleration, and revenue contribution.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience spanning both B2B marketing and sales/business development roles in healthcare, nutrition, or life sciences.
  • Proven track record in key account development, ABM, and commercial partnership support.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable customer-facing campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across regions and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools to track account growth.
