Role Description The Sr. Project Engineer/Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading complex power solution projects from concept through completion. This role oversees project engineering activities, including technical design reviews, electrical system integration, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and reliability standards. Day-to-day tasks include project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking, along with preparing technical documentation and reports. The Sr. Project Engineer/Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and customers to define project requirements, manage expectations, and drive timely, accurate delivery. This position also contributes to continuous improvement efforts, supporting process optimization and innovation in Trystar’s product and project lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Project Planning skills to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Candidates should possess robust Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to oversee technical designs, evaluate system performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, present technical information clearly, and build effective customer relationships.
• Relevant experience in power systems, microgrids, or energy infrastructure, ideally within sectors such as utilities, data centers, healthcare, or commercial construction.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple projects, and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards, project management software, and engineering design tools.
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement, with a track record of driving quality and innovation.
