This long-term, open-ended contract opportunity places you at the forefront of the firm’s campus Attorney Recruiting strategy — shaping the next generation of legal talent.
💼About the Role:
In this strategic, high-impact role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of the firm’s summer associate hiring program. From data-driven project management to on-campus career fair attendance, you’ll be the go-to expert for coordinating talent initiatives, innovating recruiting processes.
📍Location:
Primarily remote, with occasional in-person attendance at events required. Candidates must live within commuting distance of one of the firm’s U.S. offices.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of campus recruiting professionals.
- Drive strategy and execution for on-campus events: career fairs, mock interviews, receptions, and more.
- Oversee recruiting tech innovation — including evaluating and implementing automation and AI tools.
- Own recruiting data: build dashboards, deliver insights, and support real-time reporting.
- Manage end-to-end candidate experience: resume review, interview coordination, feedback, and offers.
- Lead communication plans for incoming summer and first-year associates.
- Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, including HR and business development.
- Monitor and report on industry and campus recruiting trends.
- Manage campus recruiting budget and ensure high ROI on recruiting investments.
🧠 Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of project management experience in HR, operations, or a professional services environment. Law Firm recruitment experience is highly preferable.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
- Advanced data analysis skills, with strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and emerging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; project management certification strongly preferred.
