Job Description

• Trusted Space is seeking a Software Developer with a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 8+ years’ experience to join our team. Supports program objectives to include software development in a collaborative hybrid environment
• Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives. Provides analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases.
• Assists in the review and evaluation of systems and software for adherence to government or commercial directives, standards, guidelines, and criteria concerning software safety and systems safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years in software engineering or related experience
• Ability to work with diverse programming languages and frameworks (Python, Java, C++, Rust)
• Ability to work in both windows and Linux environments
• Must have experience with containerization (e.g. docker)
• Must have experience with database programming (e.g. mongodb)
• Must have experience with microservice architecture and communications (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Must have the ability to architect software solutions using new and novel concepts
• An active Top Secret/SCI clearance

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with ML frameworks and concepts (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, RLlib)
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $165,000-$212,000. Please note that this range is a general guideline and can vary. Trusted Space, Inc. considers several factors when extending an offer including, but not limited to: scope, location, position responsibilities, education/training, key skills and business considerations.
