The Role

This is a rare opportunity to take your talent to the next level and contribute to brands that define skylines, luxury living and experiences. As a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with Fifth Estate's Creative Director in Sydney and their leadership and client teams in Dubai. You’ll help develop sophisticated brand identities, high-end visual assets, and full brand systems for ultra-luxury property, urban precincts, and once-in-a-lifetime developments. This isn’t just a design job — it’s a launchpad for a globally minded creative ready to make their mark.

Who You Are

You're a conceptual designer with a deep love of typography, a command of colour palettes, and an obsession with finessing the detail. You balance strategic and inventive thinking with artistic intuition and storytelling flair. You take initiative, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Bonus points if you’ve worked in luxury, fashion, editorial or high-end property sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop brand identities and visual campaigns for world-class property and luxury product clients
• Design brand style guides with rigour and beauty - including logo systems, colour palettes, type hierarchies and more
• Create mood boards, concepts, and Photoshop mock-ups to bring ideas to life
• Work across digital (web/UI) and print (brochures, editorial layouts, signage)
• Assist in the refresh of the Fifth Estate website, presentations, and social media assets
• Contribute to the ideation, storytelling and visual narrative behind every brand
• Be mentored and experiment with AI-generated imagery and basic animation
• Bring strategic brand thinking and a refined editorial sensibility to every touchpoint
• Work confidently with a cross-time zone team across Dubai and Sydney.

You’ll Need

• 6-7+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency preferred)
• A stunning portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and typography
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience in crafting brand guidelines and visual identity systems
• Strong layout and editorial design skills
• Attention to detail and precision in production artwork
• Digital design experience for web and interface
• Animation and/or AI-generated design skills are a plus, not a must
• A highly collaborative approach to working with others
• An openness to mentorship, positively welcoming feedback as an opportunity for personal growth and development.
