Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. This role will focus on implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint identity management solutions, specifically working with SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNOW platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity governance and administration, with specific expertise in SailPoint technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNOW solutions
- Develop and maintain SailPoint connectors and integrations with various applications and systems
- Design and build identity workflows, approval processes, and certification campaigns
- Create and optimize role models and access policies
- Participate in requirements gathering and solution design sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity management issues
- Provide technical guidance on SailPoint best practices
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures
- Support audit and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3-12 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- Proven experience implementing and configuring SailPoint IIQ and/or IdentityNOW
- Experience with SailPoint connectors and integration development
- Knowledge of identity governance principles and best practices
- Understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) concepts
- Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and database technologies
- Experience with REST APIs and web services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in American English
Preferred Qualifications
- SailPoint certification (IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityNOW Engineer)
- Experience with Java/Beanshell scripting
- Knowledge of cloud identity solutions (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
- Experience with provisioning and de-provisioning processes
- Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Work Schedule
- Flexible remote work arrangement
- Must maintain at least 3-4 hours of overlap with US business hours
- Ability to participate in meetings with US-based clients and team members
