About You
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is excited to work across the business, helping teams make smarter decisions through reliable reporting, deep analysis, and actionable insights. This role will work closely with our Marketing and Product teams, helping optimize growth and improve user experiences, while also supporting broader analytics needs across the company.

You have a strong ability to visualize data insights, build reporting, and understand how different metrics influence growth, engagement, and operational performance.
You are comfortable extracting and analyzing data using SQL and leveraging Excel, Python, or R to uncover insights and create compelling visualizations. You integrate AI tools in your workflows to streamline and enhance analysis. You contribute to the design and evaluation of experiments, and translate findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. You take ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality reporting and analysis that drive meaningful impact.
About The Role
This role is part of our Data Analytics function and will work cross-functionally to support teams across the company with data-driven insights and reporting. You'll partner with teams to structure experiments, analyze conversion funnels, optimize user experience, and track performance while contributing to broader analytics initiatives that empower decision-making across the business.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend courses of action that drive impact. Leveraging AI to accelerate workflows.
- Work closely with Marketing & Product teams to develop reporting and analyze acquisition, retention, and engagement, surfacing insights that drive better decision-making.
- Design and analyze experiments, helping teams measure impact, rigorously interpret results, and avoid misleading conclusions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies in reporting and analysis.
- Develop dashboards and reports ensuring key metrics are consistently tracked and easily accessible for decision-making.
- Gather, clean, and manage data from multiple sources, including handling data ingestion from reports such as CSV uploads.
- Support analytics initiatives across the company, partnering with cross-functional teams where needed.
- Support financial and operational analytics by ensuring key data is structured and accessible for forecasting and modeling.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline analytics workflows and improve efficiency.
- Proactively spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities that others might miss.
Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing structured data.
- Strong knowledge of basic statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, confidence intervals).
- Proficiency with Excel for analysis and visualization.
- Ability to translate business questions into structured reporting.
- Comfortable leveraging AI/LLMs to accelerate analysis.
- Strong data visualization skills.
- Understanding of data integrity, ensuring reports and dashboards are accurate and reliable.
- Familiar with modern BI tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Looker, Tableau).
- Comfortable working with financial and operational data to support business reporting.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to data accuracy and integrity.
Bonus Points For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related field.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or direct-to-consumer businesses in growth or startup stages.
- Familiarity with Python or R for analysis, visualization, and automation.
- Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, or modern data stack components.
- Experience in growth marketing analytics, performance marketing, or product intelligence.
- Expertise in applying advanced statistical concepts and methodologies in real-world business contexts.

Our salary range for this position is $100,000- $145,000, in addition to compensation we also include an employee equity package as a component of our offer along with other benefits and perks outlined below.
