We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a leader in AI-powered customer service automation. In this role. you'll take proactive ownership of the backend systems, from architecture to implementation and operation, continuously striving for excellence.

Your responsibilities:

Own and optimize backend systems from architecture to operation.
Collaborate with your team to turn ideas into actionable solutions.
Participate in the entire product development cycle.
Implement best practices in software development.
Support team goals with a flexible, collaborative approach.

Your Profile:

Strong experience in backend software design and development.
Proficiency in Golang, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiar with frontend development (modern frameworks a plus).
Fluent in English.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with ReBAC, Kafka, Svelte, gRPC, and cloud technologies.
