Who we are: Trusaic is a regulatory compliance software company focused on creating better work environments, for everyone. Our mission is to help organizations create authentic change, whether that be by achieving pay equity, fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce, increasing bottom lines, or offering more affordable healthcare.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a VP of Marketing to lead a high-performing marketing team and drive measurable growth across multiple product lines. This role owns the full marketing function, brand, demand generation, content, SEO, product marketing, and digital experience, and is accountable for pipeline and revenue impact. You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnership, Product, and the CEO to align go-to-market strategy with company goals, while also serving as a strategic partner to customer-facing and technical teams. This is both a leadership and execution-focused role — ideal for someone who can set direction, lead teams, and bring innovative strategies to life across functions.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Own and evolve the company’s marketing strategy across business units (ACA, PayParity)
- Set quarterly goals, KPIs, and marketing OKRs that tie directly to revenue targets
- Serve as an active member of the executive team and help shape company-wide growth strategy
Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership
- Lead multi-channel demand generation across paid media, SEO, ABM, events, and influencer channels
- Drive top-of-funnel growth and improve conversion through every stage of the funnel (Lead → MQL → Opportunity → Pipeline)
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives
- Own campaign attribution, budget allocation, and ROI across all marketing channels
Product & Content Marketing
- Lead product positioning and messaging in partnership with Product and Sales
- Ensure content strategy supports both awareness and conversion: case studies, research, blogs, calculators, webinars
- Stay ahead of market trends and establish differentiated market positioning
Digital & SEO Leadership
- Own SEO strategy, website optimization, and digital content architecture
- Manage large-scale content consolidation, page performance, and AI-driven SEO metrics
- Leverage data to improve CTR, visibility, and conversion
Brand & Communications
- Maintain consistency and quality across all brand systems: digital, visual, sales, and event materials
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (designers, writers, event leads) to ensure brand impact
- Support media and partner engagement through co-branded campaigns and thought leadership
Team Development & Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead, mentor, and grow a collaborative team of marketers
- Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and accountability
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing delivers at every stage of the customer journey
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in SaaS, ideally within the HR technology space.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies — from awareness to pipeline conversion.
- Proven ability to scale and lead cross-functional marketing teams, including brand, demand gen, and product marketing.
- Strong strategic mindset with a bias toward innovation, experimentation, and business alignment.
- Deep experience with SEO, paid media, and full-funnel growth strategy.
- A track record of owning pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue targets, including direct collaboration with Sales and Product.
- Familiarity with AI-driven and agentic marketing tools (e.g. Clearbit, Mutiny, Jasper, SEMRush).
- High EQ and the ability to influence across teams, from C-suite to execution.
- Budget management expertise with a strong focus on ROI and channel performance.
- Passion for workplace fairness, inclusion, and impact-driven growth.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $180,000-200,000 per year
- Company stock incentive plan.
- Healthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)
- 401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company's 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions only
- Paid Time Off (PTO): fifteen (15) days of PTO on an annual basis.
