Who we are looking for:

We’re seeking a passionate Senior UX Designer with 3 to 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to UX design. You're someone who thrives in early-stage or Series A/B B2B SaaS startups, comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership, and driving user-centric solutions. You have an intrinsic understanding of human behaviour, exceptional design aesthetics, and ideally, some hands-on experience with AI-native design and AI prototyping.

What you will do:

• Lead UX strategy and design for Trumio.ai’s core platform products and offerings for enterprises.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to craft intuitive, user-centric experiences.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups optimized for enterprise users.
• Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly based on user and stakeholder insights.
• Advocate for user experience excellence across the entire product lifecycle, influencing cross-functional teams.
• Integrate AI-driven interactions and experiences into seamless, intuitive user interfaces.

What are we looking for:

• 3 to 8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in UX design.
• Proven UX design expertise, specifically in B2B SaaS products at early-stage to Series B startups.
• Demonstrable experience in creating intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling enterprise products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Figma, or similar.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience designing AI-native products, interactions, or interfaces.
• Familiarity with AI prototyping tools or experience working closely with AI/ML teams.
• Background in designing complex workflows, dashboards, or data-intensive applications.
• Experience conducting and interpreting user research in enterprise environments.
• Educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields.
