Our client is a fast-growing crypto and CFD trading platform backed by a leading venture in the financial service industry. They are looking for a UI/UX Designer with experience designing fintech, trading, crypto, brokerage, payments, or other data-heavy digital products.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile trading products
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, compliance, operations, marketing, and customer support teams to translate business goals and user needs into clear design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, interaction designs, and design specifications
- Improve key product journeys, including onboarding, KYC, deposits and withdrawals, account management, asset pages, order placement, portfolio views, trading dashboards, and risk notifications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and user behavior analysis to identify pain points and design opportunities
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across products
- Simplify complex trading and financial workflows into clear, user-friendly product experiences
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility, implementation quality, and pixel-level execution
- Support localization and regional product adaptation for different markets and user segments
- Use product data, user feedback, and business metrics to continuously optimize design performance.
- Stay updated on fintech, crypto, trading, mobile app, and UX design trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, trading, brokerage, FX, CFD, payments, or other financial technology products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with mobile apps, web platforms, dashboards, transaction flows, or data-heavy products
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Principle, Framer, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and usability best practices
- Ability to design for complex workflows involving financial data, transactions, account security, and user risk awareness
- Good understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design, accessibility, and cross-platform design standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, design ownership, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
