Position Summary:

Trulieve is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead the optimization and growth of our digital shopping experience across www.trulieve.com and our owned mobile apps. This role will drive digital strategy, execution, and performance aimed at increasing online conversions, improving customer experience (CX), and advancing our mobile-first initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in eCommerce marketing, UX/UI enhancements, and digital merchandising. You’ll lead a team responsible for managing our CMS, product catalog, and digital pricing and promotions, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, creative, IT, and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and execution for a mobile-first experience across the design and development of Trulieve.com, including CMS and eCommerce platforms.
  • Oversee and manage a teams of CMS, ecommerce products and mobile app professionals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on sprints, deployments, analytics, reporting, and digital roadmaps.
  • Oversee daily execution of promotions, deals, pricing catalogs, campaign launches, and CMS updates.
  • Manage relationships with all eCommerce-related vendors, including CMS, SEO, and development partners. Collaborate cross-functionally to align on sprints, deployments, analytics, reporting, and digital roadmaps.
  • A point of contact for QA/QC across eCommerce and CMS, ensuring consistency across national markets and adherence to budget.
  • Develop strategies to improve UX with a mobile-first approach, directly impacting sales performance.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual roadmaps including go-lives, GTM, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Manage site performance and stabilization through analytics, traffic monitoring, crash reporting, and KPI benchmarking

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferred (not required) : Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree: Marketing, Advertising, and/ or Data/Business Analytics/Science
  • Required: 5+ years of supervisory managerial experience. Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Required: 5+ of eCommerce experience, preferably in high-volume retail or CPG. Cannabis industry preferred.
  • Proven track record in improving digital customer experiences and driving revenue through merchandising and conversion optimization (Analytics, A/B testing, Search, SEO, Deep links, Journeys)
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first UX, performance metrics, A/B testing, and eCommerce platforms. Adobe Commerce/Magento/Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
  • Required Technology proficiency: Enterprise CX/UX/UI, CMS, PowerBI, AEM, CRM, eCommerce, GA, GTM or similar
  • Project Management: ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Belief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Flexibility of hours – nights and weekends

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time with flexible hours depending on business needs.
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
