Position: Manager, Beverage Marketing
Location: Remote (FL preferred)
Reports to: Director, Marketing - Florida
Position Description:
This role is a key leadership position leading the ONWARD marketing channels and coordinating the multiple vendors that ONWARD utilizes. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing new and innovative marketing strategies and tactics supporting the ONWARD brand in Regionally (wholesale) and Nationally (Direct to consumer retail).The role is end-to-end from strategy to planning to execution to analysis. This position works closely with a range of partners, including but not limited to agencies, digital marketing, creative, production and retail.This individual will provide role model inclusive leadership, business acumen, strategic agility, collaboration and inspire others. They will have an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, execute and analyze traffic driving, marketing & promotional initiatives, product launches and activations for the Florida market
- Plan, develop, execute and optimize customer retention focused campaigns
- Plan, develop, execute and analyze promotional cadence
- Plan, develop, execute in-store activations potentially across multiple territories and stores simultaneously.
- Lead role in building out monthly promo & launch calendar
- Work with production partners to ensure all production/logistics provides the customer with an optimal experience
- Work with packaging department to ensure packaging is representative of brand voice and complies with all state laws.
- Collaborate in building out and executing plans for major cultural, industry and commercial moments
- Collaborate in launch of new products including strategy, positioning and price
- Manage creative briefing to support all marketing and customer facing communications related to retail, products, promotions, etc.
- Develop marketing communication plans with the appropriate and balanced marketing mix, across digital and retail channels
- Works with design agencies, vendors, employees and partners to ensure brand is used correctly and consistently
- Collaborates with leadership, marketing team, production and compliance
- Comply with all security policies/procedures in each territory
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in a marketing and/or retail related role
- Beverage experience is highly preferred
- Understanding of beverage distribution networks preferred
