As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can build our brand, drive customer acquisition, and lead innovative marketing initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives.

This is a full-time position based out of Bengaluru. The role will currently be Work From Home (WFH), offering flexibility while working closely with our leadership, product, and business teams.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business growth through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Drive qualified lead generation through SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Create and execute engaging social media strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Build and manage content calendars across multiple digital channels.
• Work closely with the design and product teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and digital assets.
• Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Optimize marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently while ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, branding initiatives, webinars, events, and promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital marketing funnels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in PropTech, Real Estate, SaaS, FinTech, or Technology companies.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Experience in video marketing, webinars, and online community building.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
