Job Summary

The Product Designer is responsible for designing and delivering user-focused experiences for a mobile app that helps people manage their finances. Collaborates closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and scalable designs. Contributes to the design system, ensures empathy-driven solutions, and supports the company’s mission to empower users through clear, impactful financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Design & systems thinker: Creates solutions with scalability and reusability in mind.
• Detail-oriented: Focuses on precision in pixels, states, and interactions.
• Collaborative: Builds cross-disciplinary support to achieve exceptional experiences.
• Data-driven: Uses qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions and conduct usability studies when needed.
• Motivated designer: Continuously improves interaction and visual design skills.
• Curious: Stays passionate about new technologies, industry trends, and relevant design artifacts.

Qualifications And Job Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience.
• Experience designing native iOS and Android apps.
• Contributed to design system components and style guides.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, tokens, and variables.
• Familiar with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Uses research and data to inform design decisions.
• Skilled in creating wireframes as part of the design process.
