Senior Software Engineer

Title: Sr. Full-Stack Developer - LATAM

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months (ongoing extensions)

Location: Remote LATAM Based, Client is located on US West Coast.

Designs, develops, and maintains software applications. Leads a team of developers, provides technical guidance, and ensures project deadlines are met. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems. Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust and scalable web applications using .NET framework and Angular.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate
• them into technical specifications.
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals
• and objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET and Angular.
• Develops complex software components.
• Advance English Level (C1)
• Provides team and project leadership for software development activities.
• Develop interfaces and drives for hardware devices, software platforms and data exchange.
• Advises developers on best methods of software development and code creation.
• Monitors and modifies development work to make sure resulting software meets established goals.
• Tests and debugs software to ensure high-quality and error-free products.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues.
