Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven Demand Marketing Manager to own and execute full-funnel demand creation and capture across the buyer’s journey. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple marketing channels, including webinars, events, content creation, paid and organic digital marketing, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Demand Generation: Develop and execute marketing programs to generate and capture demand across all stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Webinars & Events: Plan, promote, and execute virtual and in-person events that drive engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Content Creation: identify and develop compelling assets (eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos etc.) that support demand generation efforts by working closely with subject matter experts and our visual brand team.
- Paid & Organic Digital Marketing: Drive performance across paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) and optimize organic strategies, including SEO, to increase brand visibility and lead acquisition.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing operations to align on goals and ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of creating and executing demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience running webinars and events that generate leads and accelerate the buyer’s journey.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and Hubspot CRM and marketing tech including GA4, AI content creation tools, webinar platforms and buyer intent solutions. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce high impact content across all formats and mediums including email, case studies, ebooks, ads and more.
