Senior Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support global go-to-market (GTM) v-teams to land product news and drive demand across owned and operated, earned, and paid channels.
• Own the GTM project management elements to keep teams on track, including driving the project status trackers, facilitating collection of regular updates from teams, and helping facilitate weekly meetings and follow-ups.
• Manage project timelines by identifying key deliverable dates, cross-functional dependencies, and flagging project risks and blockers.
• Manage the collection, distribution, and maintenance of product assets and copy.
• Assist with executive communications, including creating presentation decks for ongoing leadership reviews.
• Support retail strategy and go-to-market motions for Game Pass.
• Own approval process for partners who request subscription trial codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 7+ years of marketing or project management experience.
• Comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments with rapidly changing requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management experience, demonstrated by strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to build internal relationships and identify who the “go-to-person” is from each function.
• Self-starter and team-player mindset.
• Interest in gaming and subscription services.
