About the Role

As a Product Designer at Trovex, you’ll work directly with the founders, product managers, and engineering team to design intuitive and engaging product experiences.

This is not a typical UI design role.

You’ll be involved in every stage of product development—from understanding customer problems and brainstorming solutions to designing interfaces and validating user experiences.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how thousands of enterprise users interact with AI every day.

What You’ll Do

Product Discovery

• Collaborate with founders and product managers to understand customer problems.

• Participate in product brainstorming and ideation sessions.

• Translate customer feedback into product improvements.

• Research industry best practices and emerging design trends.

UX Design

• Create user journeys, workflows, and information architecture.

• Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise workflows.

• Conduct usability testing and continuously improve user experience.

• Simplify complicated business processes into elegant product interactions.

UI Design

• Design modern, clean, and responsive user interfaces.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Build pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs in Figma.

• Design dashboards, analytics, reports, and AI-driven experiences.

Design Systems

• Build and maintain a scalable design system.

• Create reusable components and interaction patterns.

• Ensure consistency across the platform.

AI Product Experiences

Design innovative experiences around:

• AI Roleplays

• AI Coach

• Learning Hub

• Sales Analytics

• AI-generated Insights

• Conversational Interfaces

• Personalized Learning Journeys

• Enterprise Dashboards

You’ll help define how users interact with AI—not just where buttons are placed.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.

• Collaborate with Product Management on feature prioritization.

• Review releases and maintain design quality.

• Participate in sprint planning and product reviews.

Marketing & Brand Support

• Design landing pages and product pages.

• Create product illustrations and feature graphics.

• Design visual assets for product launches and marketing campaigns.

• Support website redesign initiatives when required.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and UX problem-solving.

• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing, and hierarchy.

• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
