🎨 We're Hiring: Senior UX Designer (Web & Mobile Focused)

📍 Remote | Project-Based Start

💰 LKR 180,000 - 250,000/month depending on the experience.

Trizen Labs is a product-focused tech startup operating across Sweden and Sri Lanka, building modern software solutions with a strong emphasis on user experience, visual quality, and speed.

We’re now looking for a Senior UX Designer who’s passionate about crafting clean, intuitive, and thoughtful interfaces. If you're someone who loves turning real user needs into delightful digital journeys, this is for you.

🧠 You should have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for web and/or mobile
• A solid grasp of UX principles, flows, usability, layout, and accessibility
• A sharp eye for modern, elegant, and user-friendly design
• Experience working with tools like Figma
• Confidence in own design decisions and collaborating with developers

✨ Bonus skills:

• Illustration skills or custom icon design
• Experience with UI animation/motion design (e.g., using Lottie or preparing for Framer Motion)
• Familiarity with component systems, design tokens, or responsive design patterns
