Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Conduct and support user research activities, including usability testing, surveys, and feedback analysis

• Apply UX principles to improve usability, accessibility, and consistency across products

• Collaborate closely with product managers, founders, and engineers to translate requirements into impactful design solutions

• Maintain and contribute to design systems and reusable UI components

• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability insights

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and overall product goals

• Take ownership of the product journey from ideation to deployment

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience as a Product Designer

• Prior experience working in startup environments with fast execution cycles

• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and visual design

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools

• Ability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions

• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in ambiguity

• Portfolio showcasing strong design thinking and execution
