The Opportunity
Neatmetric seeks a detail-oriented and collaborative Account Manager to lead client success across our core digital marketing services. You’ll act as the primary liaison for clients, managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring delivery across media buying, SEO, and digital visibility services.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts across Media Buying (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads); Olidex SEO (organic search, listings, Google Business Profiles); CVP (online visibility, reputation management, multi-platform listings)
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining ongoing communication and alignment
Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely project delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal fulfillment and strategy teams
Develop and maintain clear SOPs, documentation, and scalable workflows
Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, GoHighLevel) to monitor status and drive accountability
Support continuous improvement efforts related to client experience and delivery efficiency
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in digital marketing and account management
Strong knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, Google Business tools, and analytics
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Asana, or similar)
Experience building workflows and documenting standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
Background in client-facing strategy, consulting, or fulfillment coordination
Experience leading performance reviews or internal delivery meetings
Familiarity with cross-functional digital delivery processes
