About the Role**

TriVertex Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to support a high-impact federal website modernization project. This role focuses on the development, customization, and management of enterprise content management systems (CMS) to support public-facing and internal websites. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across modern CMS platforms, strong command of web architecture and content workflows, and expertise in analytics, SEO, and website security.

Clearance:** This position supports a federal contract and requires the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

What You'll Do**

• Design, develop, and maintain CMS-driven websites using platforms such as Sitefinity or comparable enterprise-level CMS tools.

• Customize and extend CMS capabilities to support integrations, workflows, and user-friendly editing tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize content publishing workflows across large editorial teams.

• Integrate and manage website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Siteimprove) to track performance and engagement.

• Implement SEO best practices to maximize visibility and discoverability.

• Apply data backup strategies and web security protocols to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure business continuity.

• Monitor site performance and resolve CMS-related issues across environments.

• Conduct CMS audits to maintain content relevance, accessibility, and optimization.

• Document system configurations and standard operating procedures in compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless web experiences.

What You Bring**

• 7+ years of experience in web development with enterprise CMS platforms.

• Proven ability to configure, customize, and manage large-scale CMS platforms (e.g., Sitefinity, Drupal, WordPress, AEM).

• Hands-on experience with:

  • CMS administration and integration

  • Web analytics and SEO tools

  • Web security best practices and backup management

• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

• Ability to support both technical and non-technical users in content creation and publishing.

• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.

• Must be based in the continental U.S. (preferably on the east coast).

• Experience working on federal government contracts highly desired.
