Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled LLM Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing, prompt engineering, and evaluating large language models (LLMs) and their applications within our products. You will work on harnessing the capabilities of state-of-the-art LLMs, exploring multi-modal approaches, and translating them into business-ready solutions for real estate.

As a start-up, we move quickly, your ideas will have a direct impact on our products and customer experience. We are looking for someone who not only has strong technical skills but also a curiosity for applying AI in new, practical ways.

Responsibilities:

• Research, prompt engineer, and evaluate state-of-the-art LLMs for business applications

• Design and run experiments to benchmark model performance and reliability

• Analyze large datasets to extract insights that improve model accuracy and usability

• Write and maintain Python code for interacting with and deploying LLMs

• Collaborate with the product team and CTO to translate customer requirements into AI-driven solutions

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, generative AI, and NLP research

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on natural language processing or LLMs

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Python development

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional working proficiency in Dutch, German is a plus.

• Experience in maintaining software packages and developing pipelines for AI models

• Experience with MLOps practices

• Experience with Azure (CI/CD, ADF, VMs)

• Experience with Supabase (SQL database, edge functions)

• Experience with coding in TypeScript

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in or affinity with the real estate sector is advantageous.
