We're seeking to expand our creative services team with a full-time Visual Designer.

We're looking for a creative Visual Designer who will strive to elevate our brand experience on a daily basis and push the envelope of creativity with insights and ideas. Your day-to-day work consists of creating stunning designs that will inspire our customers and drive a consistent brand direction. Our marketing team is responsible for the complete presentation of our brand. This is an exciting and impactful role that will be integral to our growth and continued success.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively create relevant, innovative digital graphic design concepts and present these concepts in a concise and professional manner through a graphic review process
- Develop immersive creative content that captivates our community, staying authentic and relevant to Triple Aught Design's aesthetic and culture
- Develop impactful creative assets aligned with strategic goals, demonstrating a clear understanding of how design influences business outcomes
- Continuously improve and refine established brand elements to deliver best-in-class creative
- Create exceptional weekly email newsletter, social media templates and assets, and creative assets for use in digital advertising
- Produce original 2D and 3D graphic art for apparel, equipment, and accessories
- Develop print and web collateral across a variety of media
- Collaborate with the marketing team on photo and video shoots
- Execute high-quality, natural-looking post-production on all creative output
- Be a conceptual and visual problem solver, designing and developing sophisticated digital experiences
- Design innovative and user-friendly interface layouts, applying UI/UX best practices to all screen-based media
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to style and format guidelines throughout all mediums
- Execute assigned projects within timelines
- Actively participate in marketing off-sites, photoshoot trips or other marketing related extracurricular activities
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- At least four years in a creative environment, preferably within the apparel / equipment industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements
- Expert-level efficacy in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Illustrator, LightRoom, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Demonstrated history of taking initiative and conscientiously following through on areas of responsibility
- You are a flexible and innovative thinker, capable of generating creative and versatile graphic ideas that align with our brand parameters and resonate with our customers
- Proactivity is your strength; you are adept at identifying and troubleshooting solutions to potential production issues
- Creative challenges excite you, and you are willing to see projects through, even as priorities change and deadlines loom
- Following brand guidelines and ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in layout and text formatting is second nature to you
- While you are self-directed, you also enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting and performing at a high level
- Organization and effective prioritization are key skills, enabling you to keep projects on track and meet deadlines as per the development calendar
- Comfortable with autonomy, you work efficiently by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning meticulously to ensure deadlines are met
- Extreme attention to detail required and a proven ability to establish and maintain schedules and deadlines
- Interest or involvement in activities that align with the Triple Aught Design brand
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- Ability to maintain a diligent execution of work deliverables while working remote.
- Participation and understanding of the activities for which TAD produces products.
