Position Overview:
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Strategist with proven expertise in Amazon Marketplace to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales growth, optimizing product visibility, and managing digital ad campaigns. Knowledge of AI tools, Google Ads, social media advertising, and project management is a plus. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Amazon Marketplace, including SEO optimization, PPC campaigns, and conversion rate improvements.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage advertising campaigns across Amazon, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing and growing Amazon Marketplace accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience running and optimizing PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Solid understanding of marketplace SEO and product listing optimization.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DSP (Amazon Demand-Side Platform).
- Familiarity with other marketplaces (Walmart, Target+, eBay, etc.).
- Google Ads and Social Media Ads certification.
- Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Trello, or Asana.
