Our client is a leading provider of sales training and workshops tailored specifically for pharmaceutical and life sciences professionals. Their programs are designed to equip pharma teams with the skills, knowledge, and strategies needed to drive engagement and optimize commercial performance.
They are looking to expand their creative bench of freelance project leads (10-20 hours weekly) to help manage deliverables with clients and support the development of educational materials with content teams (50% client facing, 50% content focused).
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive and strategic project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards
Own the scheduling, organizing, and execution of client touchpoints within a project
Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and expectations
Develop and manage high-quality content for sales training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to pharmaceutical sales teams
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
Communication: Own the project communication and transfer of information between the client and project teams in all areas
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience supporting life sciences agencies in the areas of project leading/managing
—preferably within the L&D space
MUST have experience wearing multiple hats across project management & design
Proven ability to act as client liasion, lead internal teams to keep projects moving, monitor timeline & budgets, review deliverables
IDEALLY can straddle project work & also step in to write as needed (understand the content side)
Comfortable working on a freelance, project-based basis with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently
