We are looking for a versatile and hands-on marketing professional to join the Trinamix marketing team. This role offers an opportunity to work across multiple marketing functions—from events, content, communications, and digital marketing to partner marketing and marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Programs & Campaigns

·       Participate in planning and executing integrated marketing programs across multiple marketing functions.

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

·       Support marketing initiatives while ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.

Events & Partner Marketing

·       Manage end-to-end logistics for global events and webinars.

·       Identify and maintain an annual calendar of relevant industry events.

·       Coordinate with internal teams, partners, vendors, and event organizers.

·       Manage Oracle Partner Network (OPN) activities, including partnership renewals, certifications, and expertise tracking.

Marketing Communications

·       Develop marketing collateral including mailers, presentations, flyers, Oracle success stories, and customer-facing assets.

·       Support messaging and positioning across various marketing channels.

·       Manage internal communication initiatives.

·       Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

·       Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert technical information into compelling marketing content.

Marketing Operations

·       Own the maintenance, accuracy, and segmentation of the marketing contacts database.

·       Own CRM data hygiene and own campaign execution.

·       Coordinate with Alliance, Lead Generation, and sales teams to ensure accurate marketing data.

Requirements:

·       5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.

·       Ability to independently execute marketing initiatives while managing multiple priorities.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

·       Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (such as Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, or similar).

·       Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating presentations and marketing collateral.

·       Strong ability to leverage AI tools to improve marketing productivity, content quality, and campaign execution.

·       Working knowledge of WordPress or website content management systems is an advantage but not mandatory.

·       Exposure to video creation or content production tools is a plus.

·       Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent with specialization in Marketing
