What You Will Do

*** This role is based in Poland but will primarily support our US-based marketing activities. You must be comfortable communicating in English with North American colleagues. Also, to ensure adequate overlap during the day with our North American colleagues, your standard working hours will be from 12:00 to 20:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 CET Monday to Friday ***

The Marketing Project Manager in the Content & Creative team will be responsible for strategic planning and ongoing operational support in the day-to-day management of the Global Brand organization within the Marketing department. This entails planning, coordinating, setting up, and managing projects within our project and process management framework, as well as overseeing and adjusting the workload of the Content & Creative team. Additionally, managing daily communication among multiple stakeholders, organizing and leading briefing calls, ensuring that team resources are allocated properly and that projects and tasks are delivered on time and within scope to meet internal requests. You will be working closely with the wider Marketing department, internal and external stakeholders, freelancers, and agencies. The Marketing Project Manager is the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline, and will have deep knowledge of the business and the players within the business.

• Reviewing Creative Briefs and managing internal projects;
• organizing and hosting briefing calls;
• management of deadlines;
• planning assets into a project management system;
• managing communication and multiple requests between stakeholders and the content production team - based both in North America and Europe
• communication, cooperation with and management of external agencies.
• monitoring and adjusting the workload of Content & Creative production team and problem solving on the fly
• effectively planning and managing resources provided, including budgeting and expense accounting

You are ready if you have...

• At least 3 years of experience in project or/and content management;
• amazing communication and organisational skills and you enjoy working in fast-paced environments;
• a problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests on time and maintain a high level of quality;
• can take ownership of projects and follow through on tasks;
• experience with Monday.com or other project or task management tool
• experience with leveraging AI for project management
• experience with Google Workspace is a big plus

About Your Location

Ideally the position is located Krakow, Poland, however, this position can be remote or hybrid, based in Poland. As previously mentioned, the Marketing organization is based in multiple locations in Europe and North America, including your primary area of focus Princeton, New Jersey (US). Your standard working hours will be from 12:00 to 20:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 CET Monday to Friday.

Your can also expect interaction with colleagues in Ulm (Germany) and Kraków (Poland).

The manager for this role is based in Poland, Europe.
