Graphic Designer

As we grow our brand, we're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer and UI Designer who can own both our visual identity and our web presence. If you're equally comfortable in Figma and Illustrator, this role is for you.

Working hours - 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time

What you'll do

• Design and iterate on website UI, including landing pages, job portals, and campaign pages
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that translate brand guidelines into intuitive web experiences
• Design assets for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and print collateral
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across digital and offline touchpoints
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs
• Contribute to presentations, pitch decks, and employer branding content
• Support both Trimax Employment marketing initiatives and related brand projects

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience spanning graphic design and UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping
• Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
• Proven ability to design responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
• Understanding of web design principles, accessibility standards, and design systems
• Experience working with developers and handing off specs via Figma or similar tools
• A portfolio that includes both brand/marketing work and website or product UI
• Motion graphics, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, or video editing experience is a bonus
