Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, systems-thinking Brand Designer to own and elevate our visual identity across all marketing touchpoints. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex B2B enterprise technology and elegant visual storytelling. You will design full-funnel marketing campaigns, optimize our web presence, and build scalable asset libraries that empower our marketing, product, and sales teams to move fast while staying impeccably on-brand.
If you love turning abstract SaaS architectures, product features, and data-driven insights into beautiful, human-centric visual narratives, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities
- Brand Identity & Systems: Evolve, maintain, and safeguard our core brand guidelines. Build and scale modular design systems, Figma libraries, and self-serve templates (Canva, Slides, etc.) to enable non-designers to create assets independently.
- Web & Digital Experience: Partner with growth marketing and web developers to design high-converting, accessible web pages, product landing pages, and interactive digital experiences.
- Full-Funnel Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute visual assets for demand generation, performance marketing (paid social, search banners), email newsletters, and product launches.
- Content & Sales Enablement: Translate dense tech data into beautiful infographics, data visualizations, whitepapers, customer case studies, and pitch decks for our enterprise sales team.
- Product-Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the Product Design (UX/UI) team to ensure the marketing brand experience seamlessly transitions into the actual software interface.
- AI & Creative Automation: Proactively explore and integrate modern design workflows and AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Figma automation) to scale production without sacrificing craft.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communications—ideally in-house at a fast-growing B2B SaaS/Tech company or at a creative agency servicing tech clients.
- The Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean typography, sophisticated layout design, systematic thinking, and examples of translating technical or abstract concepts into clear visuals.
- Tool Stack Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (essential for web and modern layout collaboration) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- B2B/SaaS Fluency: An understanding of SaaS marketing motions (funnels, landing page optimization, CTR, and lead magnet design).
- Mindset: A highly collaborative "manager of one" who can take loose, ambiguous briefs from product or marketing stakeholders and iterate rapidly based on feedback and performance data.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Motion Graphics: Ability to bring static assets to life using After Effects or Lottie for web micro-interactions and paid ads.
- Web Basics: Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or HTML/CSS to help ship web designs smoother.
- Illustration/3D: Custom illustration skills or 3D rendering (Blender) to create unique visual assets for a crowded tech market.
