What You Will Be Doing

Designing AI-Driven Workflows: Integrating various AI tools, engineering prompts, and refining workflows based on feedback from subject matter experts and users.
Building Context Packs and Second Brains: Using LLMs as domain experts to develop and maintain documents that encapsulate knowledge and unique organizational insights.
Designing and implementing data structures that provide contextual support for business logic, ensuring efficient and scalable data models.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Working on routine, repetitive coding tasks without innovation.
Developing generic AI models that lack the capacity for adaptation to specific educational needs.
Engaging in isolated work without collaboration with subject matter experts and users.

Senior Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

Drive the transformation of educational content through AI, making learning personalized and impactful at LearnWith.AI.

Basic Requirements

At least 4 years of experience as a software engineer
Experience using LLMs, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok, in a professional setting; we are not looking for traditional ML engineers without LLM experience
Demonstrable interest in EdTech

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
