What You Will Be Doing

Basic Requirements

Senior AI Product Manager key responsibilities

• A proven track record of 4+ years steering the ship as a product leader, where you've been the driving force behind a complete software product's journey – from vision to execution to optimization. We're looking for someone who's shaped entire products, not just features. (Note: Internal tools, outsourced projects, or single-client solutions don't count)
• Battle-tested experience in enterprise software product management, with a deep understanding of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement software solutions
• A genuine excitement for leveraging AI as your daily companion in research, analysis, strategy, and synthesis

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
