Job Scope & Responsibilities
As our Instagram & TikTok Marketing & Growth Hacker, your mission is to grow Burpple’s reach, engagement, and conversions through short-form video content and platform-native strategies. You’ll own our TikTok and Instagram Reels presence and work closely with the marketing and design teams to drive rapid, measurable user acquisition.
Prefer candidate understand about Singapore market, have studied or learned at Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos tailored for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Develop content series that spotlight Burpple Beyond deals, hidden gems, food trends, and user-generated experiences.
- Stay on top of trending audio, memes, and content styles and adapt them for Burpple.
Growth Hacking
- Drive follower and engagement growth through organic strategies, viral content, hashtags, collaborations, and posting frequency optimization.
- Run social experiments to find the best-performing hooks, thumbnails, formats, and CTAs.
- Use storytelling and food-related trends to create “must-share” content that drives organic discovery.
Influencer & UGC Collaboration
- Identify and partner with micro and macro food creators to amplify reach and generate authentic buzz.
- Source and repurpose user-generated content to strengthen social proof and community feel.
Performance & Optimization
- Track and report on key metrics (views, engagement rate, follower growth, clickthroughs, conversions to sign-ups).
- Use insights to refine content strategy, timing, and formats.
- A/B test captions, thumbnails, and video hooks for higher performance.
Community Engagement
- Build and manage engagement with followers via DMs, comments, and reposts.
- Engage with food content in the region to build relationships and visibility.
Requirements:
- Has 3+ years experiences at similar role and can work independent.
- Proven experience creating viral or high-engagement content on TikTok or Instagram Reels—bonus if in the F&B or lifestyle space.
- Strong video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Deep understanding of TikTok and IG algorithms, trends, and platform best practices.
- A growth mindset: You’re curious, data-driven, and constantly testing new ideas.
- Passion for food, dining, and discovering great eats in Singapore.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a playful, foodie-friendly tone.
- Bonus: Experience in paid social (IG/TikTok ads), UGC sourcing, or influencer marketing.
