Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the personal brand of our CEO as well as the official Trident Consulting LinkedIn page. This role will focus on content creation, audience engagement, community growth, and qualified lead generation via LinkedIn. You will work closely with leadership to align messaging with business goals, events, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn marketing strategy for both the CEO’s personal page and Trident Consulting’s company page
• Create engaging, original content including posts, articles, graphics, and short videos tailored to our industry and audience
• Grow targeted followers, boost engagement, and increase profile visibility through strategic networking and content optimization
• Use LinkedIn tools (including Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, and automation tools like Apollo) for lead generation and outreach
• Monitor analytics to evaluate content performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Repurpose event photos, speaking engagements, and company wins into impactful LinkedIn content
• Engage with prospects, clients, and key industry stakeholders by commenting, resharing, and messaging strategically
• Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing personal and company LinkedIn profiles (ideally for a CEO/founder or B2B brand)
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored for professional audiences
• Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation, content marketing, and community growth
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Express for quick graphic creation
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage a content calendar
• Bonus: Experience working with staffing/recruiting or IT services companies

Preferred Hours:

• Philippines-based with at least 2–3 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific Time for meetings and reviews
