About the Role
We're looking for a talented and self-driven Product & UI/UX Designer to join our distributed team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences and sleek interfaces that bring our product vision to life. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to turn complex problems into clean, user-friendly solutions.

You’ll Do
- Lead design projects from concept to launch across web and/or mobile platforms.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to turn user needs and business requirements into elegant solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive interfaces that meet accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards.
- Maintain and evolve our design system and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions, feature planning, and user story development.
- Deliver designs in tools like Figma and collaborate closely with engineers for smooth implementation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1 year in product-focused roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end product design work.
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), prototyping tools, and collaboration platforms like Slack and Notion.
- Understanding of UX best practices, interaction design, and responsive web/mobile principles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience working with remote teams across time zones is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus, but not required.
