Job Title: Product Designer, AI Experiences

Description:
Our premiere media client's Enterprise Product organization is seeking a Product Designer to design browser-based AI products, conversational tools, and data-driven dashboards for employee use. Products are not consumer-facing or mobile. The candidate must be an effective communicator and an active relationship-builder. The role does not involve design thinking, so the candidate must have a proven ability to accelerate through ambiguity when requirements are fluid.
Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly AI products while ensuring compliance to our design system, best practices, and Accessibility standards
- Provide competitive UX research to define best practices
- Produce documentation, including site maps, user personas & flows, etc.
- Use Figma for design and prototyping
- Eloquently present research and designs to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with UX Lead to develop reusable design system patterns and templates to ensure consistency across products
- Actively participate in team critique, giving and receiving feedback to ensure quality control
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional design experience; 2+ years professional experience working within (and contributing to) design systems; enterprise experience preferred
- 1+ years of professional AI design experience across multiple products
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent field
- Expertise in Figma, FigJam, working knowledge of Accessibility guidelines
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal)
- A professional portfolio of relevant designs & prototypes (Must include link in resume or application)

Work Location:
- Remote - East coast hours
- Strong push for Tri-state area - NY, NJ, CT
- Open to outside, but must commit to east coast hours
