Sr. Web Designer

Summary

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Sr. Web Designer to create visually polished, high-performing websites for private practice medical clients. This role will focus on producing clean, responsive, and user-friendly designs that support marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive website layouts and UI components in Figma that are aligned with branding and user needs.
• Create detailed design systems, style guides, and interactive prototypes for developer handoff.
• Apply UX best practices to improve site usability, clarity, and engagement.
• Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and conversion.
• Iterate based on feedback and testing results to refine the user experience.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation to support development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Web design with strong expertise in Figma.
• Familiarity with Webflow’s design structure and best practices for developer handoff.
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, responsive Web design; preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, typography, layout, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects that will run simultaneously.
