Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies using project management tools
Coordinate between technical, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution
Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across all project phases
Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and risk assessments
Implement and optimize project management processes, methodologies, and best practices
Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure delivery within scope and constraints

Must Have Skills:

Project Management (5+ years): Proven experience successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and team coordination: Ability to motivate teams and drive projects to completion
Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar)
Experience managing both technical and creative projects across web and mobile platforms
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Understanding of software development lifecycle and product development processes
Experience with risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. PMP or similar certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically managing technical and marketing projects (5+ years of experience required).
Strong track record demonstrating successful project delivery across different project types and scales.
Experience collaborating with development, design, and marketing teams on integrated projects.
Familiarity with project management frameworks and contribution to process improvements.
Strong understanding of current project management trends and best practices.
Expertise with collaborative tools and cross-functional team coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Committed to continuous improvement and team development.
Willingness to contribute to strategic planning when needed.
Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience

Bonus Skills

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
Familiarity with startup environments and fast-paced product development
Experience with user research and data-driven decision making
Knowledge of marketing campaign management and go-to-market strategies
