What type of people are we looking for?

You’ve worked at a marketing agency (must have).
Someone with excellent soft skills – this is a consultant role, so you need to know how to communicate and persuade!
Background should be in strategy, where you’ve managed the entire marketing landscape.
Need to be available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to jump into client meetings
Experience in the e-commerce space would be highly beneficial
Highly organized – this is an absolute must. We need someone who loves having everything under control and plans with precision.
A true growth hacker – if you can’t get in through the door, you’ll find a way through the window!
Besides wide understanding of marketing strategy, you have hand-on expertise in at least in one of this fields: marketing automation, conversion optimization, content management, performance marketing,
You work with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
Experience working with small companies and startups is a huge plus.
Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish (min. C1).

What will you do?

Play the role of a strategic advisor, guiding clients toward the right solutions.
Manage comprehensive marketing projects, from planning to execution, primarily in the e-commerce space.
Regularly meet with clients to discuss strategies, results, and next steps.
Collaborate with our team and clients to deliver tangible results.
Come up with clever and creative solutions that accelerate growth for our clients' businesses.
